A good run…

Well, friends. I’ve given it a lot of thought and I’ve decided to officially switch back to Blogger. I realize that everybody has their preference, similar to Coke vs. Pepsi, when it comes to WordPress vs. Blogger. I’ve had some good times here on WP, but I’ve had a fairly constant cycle of frustration with the platform and appearance of my blog since starting. I’m not ready or willing to pay to blog yet, so I’ve decided to go back to my first home. The service at Blogger itself was never a factor in the switch, I was just curious to try something new.

So. This is my final post here. I feel like it should be more poetic!

Past posts and comments were imported over to my new place. I’ll be leaving this up for a little while longer but then I’ll probably be locking it down.

My one regret is that this is kind of inconvenient for you all and I hope that I don’t lose any of you!!!

[side bar: I just had the song from Hocus Pocus pop into my head that Sarah Jessica Parker sings -"come little children..." random!]

I am so grateful for the wonderful community you have all created here, and I hope it will only grow into something even better at our new home!

So, there you have it. We’re moving. It’s been grand, but onward and upward!
