Saturday Snapshots

So, it seems that the Saturday random photo carnival over at Brittany’s blog has fizzled out. That makes me sad because I thought it was fun and it allowed me to constantly be finding old photos I’d forgotten in the depths of my computer. So, I decided to do my very first blog carnival!!!

Exciting, I know :)

Here’s how it will work. Every Saturday (hopefully) I will put up the post and MckLinky list for you to share your random photos! Please, please, please…link to the post itself and not your main page. If you link just to your blog, or you link up without participating I will remove your link.

There will be a prompt each week telling you how to choose which photo to post. If you have suggestions or ideas for prompts, feel free to email me! Because WordPress.com does not allow javascript (grr) I can’t embed the MckLinky widget here on the blog. Every Saturday there will be a link at the bottom of the post directing you to the MckLinky website, where you can view the list with all the participants and link up. The list will “go active” at 12:01 AM PST on Saturdays and shut down at 11:59PM the Friday before the next round.

(or whatever is the closest for you!)
